Swell Audio Creator Program — Eligibility and FAQs
The Swell Audio Creator Program is designed to allow Swellcasters to offer paid audio subscriptions to their Swellcast. You can learn more and apply to the program at https://www.swell.life/audio-creator-program. This document provides the eligibility requirements for the program and answers some of the commonly asked questions. Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility requirements for the program are listed below. Please note that meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
- Age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Active Swell account in good standing: You should have created an account by downloading the Swell app. Your account must be active, with multiple audio posts and/or replies in the past 30 days. Your account should not have been suspended or found to be violating the Swell Terms of Service.
- Compliance with laws and Swell Audio Creator Program Agreement: You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, and will comply with the Swell Audio Creator Program Agreement if accepted into the program.
- Country: You must be a resident of one of the countries where the Swell app is currently available for download. Due to payment processing restrictions, the app and this program is not available in all countries.

Is there a fee to join the Swell Audio Creator Program?
No. The Swell Audio Creator Program is free to join. Swell generates revenue from a share of the subscription fees from premium Swellcasts.
Does Swell provide subscribers for my premium content?
No. Swell is an audio platform that makes it easy for audio creators to create audio content, provide audio engagement, and offer paid audio subscriptions. Swell does not provide subscribers. You have to reach out to your own network and invite them to subscribe to your Swellcast.
